Our portal allows you to access a management environment where you can set up, specify and change things yourself. If you have created an account, it also stores your personal data. In addition, your order history is also saved.

Data to deter fraud
Nobody wants security incidents and fraud, which is why we use your personal data (including IP address) to investigate, prevent and deter unauthorized access and fraud.

Order fulfillment

Provision to third parties
Your information, if applicable, will be shared with the carrier you travel with. This should include, for example, public transport passes. You data will otherwise expressly not be provided to third parties. Chip Bizz BV uses partners to provide its services. These include logistics, finance, legal, IT and review websites organizations. These partners are based (in part) outside the EU.

Our online store includes social media buttons. With this, the operators of these services collect your personal data if you click on them.

The government
Sometimes we need to provide personal data to the government. This may occur when certain government agencies need this data to perform their duties, such as the Internal Revenue Service. The police or judicial authorities may also require certain information in cases of fraud and/or abuse. Finally, certain regulators may gain access to personal data as part of an investigation.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our online store. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google to make arrangements for handling our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other
Google services, finally, we have the IP addresses anonymized.

We take security measures to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data

Retention periods
The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill your orders, including warranty. Thereafter, we retain data for up to five years for the statistical and analytical purposes described. The data is then deleted unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to our web store by links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data reliably or securely. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these websites before using them.
